Food trucks converge on the HCC West Loop Campus during Festival

Dozens of food trucks converged on the Houston Community College (HCC) West Loop Campus during the Haute Wheels Festival. This 2-day event cooks up good food, provides live music and fun for festivalgoers and supports education. A portion of the proceeds from this festival goes to the HCC Foundation, which supports scholarships for students systemwide.
