Robert Garner Firefighter Academy at HCC produces Class of 2015 Alpha

 Cadets from the Robert Garner Firefighter Academy at HCC received their certificates after months of grueling physical and mental training. The Class of 2015 Alpha is comprised of 22 members who had to be in top shape and academically sharp in order to meet requirements for graduation.

“Teamwork is absolutely vital in the fire service,” Class Leader Will Collins said. “You have to be able to rely on your brother to your left or your sister to your right to perform any of the job duties we are being asked to do.”
