HCC’s Stephen Levey discusses digital learning in appearance on the To A Degree podcast

Dr. Stephen Levey, the Houston Community College Associate Vice Chancellor of Academic Instruction is featured on this month’s To A Degree podcast series, a postsecondary success series funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. 

The episode is entitled Online’s Bottom Line, and discusses HCC’s participation in the Gates-funded “Digital Return on Investment” (ROI) study.  

More specifically, the podcast reviews the return-on-investment for selected digital learning programs. 

HCC was one of 10 colleges and universities nationwide selected to participate. 

Topics in the podcast include the promise of digital learning programs in increasing access, improving student success outcomes and affordability, and lowering operational costs, in addition to discussing best practices in the field.
