HCCTV takes audience ‘Behind the Curtains’ with theatre production documentary

Behind the Curtains is an HCCTV documentary which takes a look behind the scenes of the various facets of theatre production, from the original concept, scriptwriting, rehearsal and the actual production of a number of 5-minute plays.

These plays are scripted, produced, directed and acted by HCC students from the Northeast Campus Drama Department.

The documentary includes highlights of a drama workshop led by professor Debra Schultz, who also serves as the narrator of the documentary. The purpose of the workshop is to assist the students to fully understand the fundamentals of theatrical concept and scriptwriting.
