HCC Southwest creates one-stop shop for registration

The Houston Community College (HCC) Student Services Department held registration kick-off events at the Stafford and West Loop campuses recently to entice students to register early and avoid long lines.

The department set up mini admissions, advising and financial aid areas in the main hallways of each campus to make it as easy as possible for students walking by on their way to class to sign up for the Spring 2017 semester.

Students appreciated the convenience of the one-stop registration shop and agreed the process was quick, the advisors were helpful and by registering early, they got the classes they wanted.

The Spring 2017 semester starts Tuesday, January 17. Deadline to register for class is Monday, January 16. To sign up, go to: hccs.edu/apply.
