HCC float wins award at 2016 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Parade

Houston Community College was well-represented at the 78th annual Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Parade on Saturday in downtown Houston.
The HCC float won the Best Theme award at the kickoff event for the rodeo.
