Houston Community College pushes female entrepreneurs to innovate with its partnership with the City of Houston Office of Business Opportunity. "InnovateHer" is a national initiative through the small business administration in which contestants must develop a product or service that positively impacts the lives of women and their families and has potential for commercialization.
