HCC hosts Substance Abuse Prevention event

In observance of October being Substance Abuse Prevention month, Houston Community College hosted workshops throughout the month featuring guest speakers to prevent, understand, and recognize substance abuse.

On Oct. 26, the HCC Spring Branch campus hosted an informative event: Understanding & Recognizing Substance Abuse, which featured HCC counselor Tamara Petty as its guest speaker.
